The Natural Conundrum

Rolling hills, meandering rivers of the exotic nature, to shear thrills, rousing shivers of humanistic creature, passes the tide of time, the nature heals, but the slide of grime, does the man ever reveal? Tress uprooted, rivers polluted and animals evicted, the human soul wandered, beleaguered and petered, day in and day out the nature lost its soul, and all we did was sit and cry foul? Vagaries of biome, from floods to droughts, gets us home, from bloods to thoughts, if the mother earth could unleash herself, what's stopping you from expressing thyself? ---Sharath JB

A lass

Trendy, funky, fancy or swanky, dressing sense making others look lanky, solid n laces with maroon or plum, vivid graces she would swoon and hum. Heels to plumps to plats to flats, strolls across the fashionistas pacts! shorts or skirts, plains and jeans, straddles across like a menacing teen! with plethora of avatars, she marauds the whole bazaars! oh look here's my puppy! is she lazy or simply fussy? -Sharath.J.Bhushi

Vacuum

From the enchanting winks, to the adorable kinks, engraved with a dimple, a girl so simple, possessing a blush, remedy for a crush, her height was never a loppy, our very own puppy. stubborn as a mule, sojourn was never her rule, disproving bhushi, like an ecstasy of sushi, she fought with a great grit, never would she quit, a girl so diligent, different and intelligent. dances with a finesse, qualities such grace, laughs along, like a soothing song, fills the void, a gap so wide, a girl so blessed, loved to be caressed. -Sharath J Bhushi

THE VOICE

A parched land, sans a drop of rain, in all its glory of its inhabitants pain, nestled in a corner so far away, that the bird's voice had its sway. Ahoy! Then came the soothing voice, blended with the essense of spice, a melody so pure and sweet, that the soul needed no cure and greet. Alas! Came the end, a defining moment, a voice that was cut in a short frequent, with a pledge, promising to be back, untill the land would turn barren and crack? -Sharath J Bhushi

Broken Strands

Behold her, that symbolic smile, Which stood all by this while, when silenced by the deafening noise, was indeed stated to make heads poise. The words that were immeasurable, slated to make the memories pleasurable, the voice more precious than photos in a locket, clubbed with the smile way expensive than a diamonds' karat. alas the storm occurred, with it brought the miseries, the tide of time convoluted, shifted to unknown vagaries, breaking the subdued foundations of kinshap, the poet stood haplessly  on the strands of relationship. -Sharath J Bhushi
